  • 3 medium Zucchini
  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
