Ingredients
  • 500 gram Yam
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the yam and cut it into long, thin strips resembling fries.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the yam strips to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Arrange the yam strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the yam fries are crispy and golden brown.
  7. While the yam fries are baking, prepare the dip by combining plain yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped fresh dill in a small bowl.
  8. Serve the baked yam fries hot with the dip on the side. Enjoy!
