Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup Hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the almond milk, then coat it in the flour mixture.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. In a small saucepan, melt the vegan butter over low heat.
  8. Stir in the hot sauce and white vinegar.
  9. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush the buffalo sauce over each floret.
  10. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
