Ingredients
  • 500 gram Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 stalk Green Onion
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onion before serving.
