Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes.
  3. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub olive oil, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
  5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 1 hour, or until tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Cut a cross on the top of each potato and gently squeeze to open.
  8. Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with chives.
