Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes.
  3. Prick the potatoes all over with a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze the sides to open.
  8. Serve the baked potatoes with sour cream and chives on top.
