Ingredients
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the potatoes and pat them dry. Pierce each potato with a fork several times.
  3. Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the inside is soft.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the potatoes cool for a few minutes.
  6. Slice each potato lengthwise and fluff the insides gently with a fork.
