Ingredients
  • 400 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until they are well coated.
  5. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
