Ingredients
  • 2 cup Limas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and drain the limas.
  3. In a baking dish, toss the limas with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the limas are tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
