  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin fries.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the potato fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the fries and toss to evenly coat.
  6. Arrange the fries in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
