Ingredients
  • 2 cup Acorn squash
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix together dried cranberries, maple syrup, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Fill each half of the acorn squash with the cranberry mixture.
  4. Place the filled acorn squash halves on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
