Ingredients
  • 2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Egg Whites
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sugar, egg whites, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Take a small handful of the mixture and shape it into a small ball. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat this step with the remaining mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the coconut balls turn golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
