Ingredients
  • 2 can Canned baked beans
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Yellow bell pepper
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic cloves. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add canned baked beans and fresh mint leaves. Stir well to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
