Ingredients
  • 2 piece Acorn squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Place the squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and maple syrup over the squash.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon and salt evenly over the squash.
  6. Place a pat of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar in each squash half.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.
  8. Let the squash rest for 5 minutes before serving.
