  • 1 cup Cashew Nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
Instructions
  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cashew nuts and cinnamon to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the cashews are lightly toasted.
  4. Add the garlic to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.

  6. Stir in the soy sauce and salt. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
