Ingredients
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gram Cucumber
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 100 gram Feta cheese
  • 50 gram Olives
  • 2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the spinach and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Slice the cucumber and red onion.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
