  • 2 piece Avocado
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. Scoop out some of the avocado flesh to create a hollow space.
  3. Dice the tomato and red onion.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Fill each avocado half with the tomato mixture.
