Ingredients
  • 200 gram Avocado
  • 400 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and let them cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.
