  • 1 avocado Ripe Avocado
  • 4 slice Bread Slices
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 4 slice Red Onion
  • 4 leaf Lettuce Leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
  4. Top with tomato slices, red onion slices, and lettuce leaves.
  5. Cover with the remaining bread slices.
  6. Cut the sandwiches diagonally into halves.
