  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 4 slice Bread
  • 2 leaf Lettuce
  • 2 slice Tomato
  • 4 slice Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toast the bread slices.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices onto half of the bread slices.
