Ingredients
  • 2 piece Avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Dice the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber. Add them to the bowl with avocados.
  3. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add fresh cilantro.
  4. Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  5. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
