  • 2 cups cubed Honeydew Melon
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 seeded and minced Jalapeno
