Ingredients
  • 200 gram Avocado
  • 2 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until desired consistency.
  3. Add lime juice and mix well.
  4. Dice the tomato, red onion, and cilantro and add them to the bowl.
  5. Crush the garlic and add it to the bowl.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Mix everything together until well combined.
  8. Serve the avocado dip with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
