Ingredients
  • 250 gram Avocado
  • 300 gram Cucumber
  • 2 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 10 gram Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the avocado and cucumber.
  2. In a blender, combine the avocado, cucumber, lime juice, mint leaves, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add water and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Transfer the soup to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
