Ingredients
  • 2 avocado Ripe avocados
  • 10 tomato Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 onion Red onion
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 lime Lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. Scoop out some flesh from each avocado half to create a hollow.
  3. Dice the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spoon the tomato mixture into the hollowed avocados.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
