Ingredients
  • 2 medium Avocado
  • 15 ounce Canned black beans
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 small Red onion
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mash the avocados.
  2. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  3. Add the black beans, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and cilantro to the mashed avocados.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Dice the tomato and finely chop the red onion.
  6. Add the diced tomato and chopped red onion to the avocado bean mixture.
  7. Mix gently.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
