Ingredients
  • 200 gram Avocado
  • 200 gram Beet
  • 100 gram Lettuce
  • 100 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the avocado.
  2. Peel and grate the beet.
  3. Wash and tear the lettuce leaves.
  4. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Thinly slice the red onion.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the avocado, beet, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
