  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
