Ingredients
  • 4 cup Ripe peaches
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Peel and pit the peaches.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are soft and the mixture thickens, about 30-40 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
