Ingredients
  • 250 gram Asparagus
  • 250 gram Broccoli
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the asparagus and broccoli.
  2. Steam the asparagus and broccoli for 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the steamed asparagus and broccoli to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the vegetables and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish or with your choice of main course.
