Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Spinach
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green Chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and let it cook until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and salt. Mix well.
  8. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  9. Serve hot with rice or bread.
