Ingredients
  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts
  • 4 tablespoon Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoon Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the crostini are golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, chopped olives, red onion, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  7. Spoon the artichoke and olive mixture onto the crostini.
