Ingredients
  • 2 avocado Ripe avocados
  • 1 can Canned artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocados.
  2. Drain and chop the canned artichoke hearts.
  3. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, lime juice, minced garlic cloves, finely chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  4. Mix everything until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Serve the artichoke guacamole with tortilla chips.
