Ingredients
  • 1 cup Arrowroot powder
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 4 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine arrowroot powder, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled bars.
  8. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  9. Place the bars in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
