Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 1 cup Dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanuts, dried apricots (chopped), honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon or spatula.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  6. Once cooled, transfer the granola bar slab onto a cutting board and cut into individual bars.
  7. Allow the bars to rest for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
