  • 4 medium-sized Apples
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
