Ingredients
  • 2 cup Green cabbage
  • 1 cup Red cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 2 medium Apple
  • 1 juiced Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Shred the green and red cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Grate the carrots.
  3. Core and thinly slice the apples.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and apples.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
