Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dried apple slices
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried apple slices, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt over low heat until melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
  8. Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy as a snack.
