  • 2 large Apples
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 small Bell pepper
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the apples, onion, bell pepper, and potato.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and cook until softened, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables and mix well.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes until the flavors are well combined.
