Ingredients
  • 500 grams Apples
  • 120 grams Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 60 grams Almond Flour
  • 60 grams Coconut Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut Oil (melted)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and slice the apples.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add the melted coconut oil to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Place the sliced apples in a baking dish and sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with dairy-free ice cream or coconut yogurt, if desired.
