Ingredients
  • 2 cup Green cabbage
  • 1 cup Red cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 2 medium Apple
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, and apple.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded vegetables and apple.
