  • 2 cup Yam
  • 2 medium Apple
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and dice the yam and apples.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the yam and apples with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the yam and apples are tender.
