Ingredients
  • 2 cup Green cabbage
  • 1 cup Red cabbage
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 1/2 cup Craisins
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the green and red cabbage.
  2. Grate the carrot.
  3. Core and chop the apple.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, apple, and craisins.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
