Ingredients
  • 500 gram Kalabasa (Squash)
  • 200 gram Ampalaya (Bitter Gourd)
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Cut the kalabasa (squash) and ampalaya (bitter gourd) into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook until softened.
  4. Add the kalabasa and ampalaya and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Pour water into the pan and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
