  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 clove Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Crush the garlic cloves and sprinkle them over the cauliflower.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
