  • 14 ounce Canned Chickpeas
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
