  • 1 cup Brown rice
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
