Ingredients
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 10 gram Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add potatoes and cauliflower. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
