Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add cauliflower and potatoes. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  6. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
