Ingredients
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 piece Green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add diced potatoes and cauliflower florets. Mix well to coat the spices.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with roti or rice.
